Terms of trade

These terms apply to every order placed with Target Components Ltd through this website, by telephone or by XML. Demonstration text: the contractual terms are those in your trade account agreement.

1. Trade only

We supply businesses that resell or support IT products. We do not sell to consumers.

2. Prices

Prices are in pounds sterling, exclude VAT and are the trade prices for your account on the day you order. Errors and omissions excepted.

3. Orders

An order is accepted when we send the order confirmation. Custom PC builds are accepted once the build is confirmed and cannot be cancelled after assembly starts.

4. Delivery and risk

Risk passes on delivery or collection. Title passes when we have been paid in full.

5. Payment

Approved accounts pay 30 days from the end of the month of invoice. Other orders are paid by card at checkout.

6. Returns

Report dead-on-arrival goods within 14 days and request a returns number from your trade account before sending anything back.

7. Warranty

Products carry the manufacturer's warranty. Target PC builds carry a 3-year return-to-base warranty.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
